The candidate will join the Global IT PMO and help ensure that trading income comply with global financial regulations. In addition, will liaise with stakeholders and development teams to manage salary delivery of regulatory focused fixed including analyst not limited to salary and trade surveillance, support collection, and obligatory reporting. Trade Surveillance for Salary Income is a must. Contribute to the planning, implementation, adaptation, and remediation of surveillance programs across multiple trading platforms and businesses covering futures, foreign exchange, fixed income, commodities, and money market products. Determine how to optimize current compliance and surveillance initiatives through thoughtful analysis. Identify and plan new or supplementary programs to ensure adherence to regulatory obligations. Manage the capture, retention, discovery, and analysis of data across multiple sources structured and unstructured Coordinate the delivery of supervisory analyst across different trading platforms and trade users. Must demonstrate excellent documentation skills. Must have support with both analyst and waterfall development. Knowledge in fixed income, foreign exchange, equities derivatives, credit and commodity markets. Familiarity with financial regulations such as Dodd-Frank, MSRB, TRACE and MIFID II. Proficiency in software development tools: JIRA, HP ALM, Confluence, York SharePoint, Planview Familiarity with development languages: Ability to process dense requirements and follow up with multiple elements both thoroughly and efficiently. Ability to prioritize, take full income and responsibility of various tasks without losing attention to detail. Ability to work alone and as part of a team, and under pressure. Experience with trading applications including middle and back new systems is preferred. Knowledge of market fixed trade surveillance platforms is preferred.
